		<description>Jim, the vest does have rear pockets and the back is more of a breathable, mesh material, while the front is a wind-proof material. I&#039;ve been using mine a lot in Wisconsin now that it&#039;s been cooling off. It&#039;s a very useful piece of clothing.</description>
