Who Can Lead a Spoke?

When there is a minimum of ten IC³ members in a locality, an individual may apply for Spoke Director by meeting the following requirements:

1. IC³ member in good standing and meets the personal requirements outlined here.
2. Fill out the iccc_spoke_director_application and submit it to the IC³ International Headquarters in Colorado, USA.

* The International Executive Board reviews the documents and makes final decision on applicant. The applicant will be notified of further questions and/or decision.
