We are very excited about our new name and logo and have finally landed on a kit [jersey and shorts/bibs] that do justice to it. While it is similar to our Contemporary kit, we have reversed the colors and added a bit more black to have more of our “branded orange” on display — which means it looks at home with the Classic orange and checkerboard as well.  It is a sharp, sleek, timeless look that will serve us for many years to come and we feel it will look at home on a cruising or casual group ride, hammering through corners of a criterium, ripping down some single track, crushing gravel or slinging mud at CX events.

So, here it is: the first peek at our new look — click on the images for a larger, more detailed view.
*NOTE: This is a rough mock-up. The design will change slightly from these images since there are no sponsor logos on them yet, but this gives you the main idea.

Preparing for this change, I got to go through a lot of old pictures of the kits of our history. It is obvious that as this organization has evolved and matured we have changed our look.  From the “Wheels of Thunder” color-block look to “Team Ironclad” and their checkerboard, to the various versions of the IC3 kit the only thing that has remained constant is that it is changing. Here are a few of the uniforms that we have ridden, raced and served in over the years.
