We have a member of ChristianCycling that is taking on a large challenge. He is running a bicycle time trial race series. Held on Tuesdays, it is called “TUESDAY NIGHT TIME TRIAL SERIES” or TNT.
What is a time trial? It is a bicycle race in which cyclist race against the clock over a roughly a ten mile course. Starting times are at equal intervals, 30 seconds apart. Competitors are not permitted to draft behind each other. The rider with the fastest time is declared the winner.
This will be an opportunity for us to be around the bicycle community, provide a safe and quality race. Volunteers will be needed to check in cyclist, help at the starting line, watch/control intersections and call out cyclist numbers as riders finish.
The event is June 7th and is held at
1500 County Rd 24
Long Lake, MN
Show up between 5:30 – 6:30. The event will be done approximately 8:15. The first rider starts exactly at 7pm.
